If you didn’t know this, I am a graduate of the Nutritional Therapy Association’s Nutritional Therapy Practitioner program. My background in health and wellness is what initially led me to become a support system for health and wellness professionals. Over the years, I’ve expanded that support into a broader space—helping business owners in various industries streamline, execute, and bring their visions to life.
Recently, I came across a post in an NTA graduate group where someone was looking for a “business coach.” When I asked what they were specifically looking for, their response was: “We just need to learn how to grow our business!!”
And that got me thinking…
🤔 Do they really need a coach for that? Or do they need someone to help them execute—someone who will listen to their vision and create an action plan to make it a reality?
Which led me to another question…
📌 Do business owners even realize that “done-for-you” service providers (like myself) exist?
So, let’s talk about it. Let’s break down the difference between a business coach and a strategic partner & implementor like me—because what you think you need and what will actually help you move forward might be two very different things.
What’s the Difference?
✅ A Business Coach Helps You Find Your Own Answers.Business coaches act as guides. Their role is to ask powerful questions that help you uncover what’s best for your business. They help you clarify your vision, shift your mindset, and unlock the answers that are already within you.
A good coach won’t tell you exactly what to do; they’ll challenge you to find your own path. This is valuable for long-term growth, self-discovery, and big-picture thinking. However, if you’re looking for immediate execution and decision-making support, coaching alone may not be enough.
✅ A Strategic Partner & Implementor (Me) Helps You Get It Done.I don’t just ask you how you feel about something—I help you make decisions, build plans, and implement them.
A coach might ask: “What do you think is the best approach for this launch?”I will say: “Here’s the best approach, and I’ll help you set it up.”
A coach might encourage you to create a client onboarding process.I will design the onboarding process, set up the systems, and ensure it runs smoothly.
A coach helps you dream bigger.I help you make that dream happen.
Why Some Business Owners Need Both
Many successful entrepreneurs have a coach AND a strategic partner. Why? Because while a coach helps them get clarity and confidence, they still need someone to help them execute the vision.
If you find yourself knowing what to do but struggling to get it done, you might need someone like me—a strategic partner who:
✅ Provides tangible solutions instead of just reflective questions.
✅ Takes work off your plate so you’re not spinning in circles.
✅ Helps you move faster instead of getting stuck in indecision.
Think of it this way—your coach is the one helping you create the blueprint for your dream home. I’m the one hiring the contractors, overseeing the build, and making sure you end up with a house you can actually live in.
Which One Do You Need?
🤝 If you feel stuck and need clarity, a coach might be the right fit.
💡 If you already have ideas and goals but need support in planning, execution, and decision-making, you probably need someone like me.
If you’re ready to stop spinning your wheels and start making progress, let’s chat.
